At OMMNIBAZAR, we are committed to providing a reliable and satisfying shopping experience to our customers. Refunds are applicable only in specific situations such as when a wrong product is delivered, the product is damaged or defective, a manufacturing defect is found, essential items or accessories are missing, or an incorrect size, color, or variant is received. Customers must raise a refund or return request within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and invoice.
Refund requests will not be accepted if the product has been used, damaged by the customer, returned without original packaging, or if the request is made after the specified return period. Once a return request is approved, the product will either be picked up or the customer may be asked to ship it back as per instructions. After receiving the product, a quality inspection will be conducted, and the refund will be processed only if the product meets the eligibility criteria.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase. In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or wallet after collecting the required details. Refunds are generally initiated within 3 to 5 business days after approval, and it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account depending on the bank or payment provider.
Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund; however, once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. OMMNIBAZAR reserves the right to reject any refund request that does not comply with the above terms and conditions, and in case of any dispute, the decision of OMMNIBAZAR shall be final.
